Being in love with Coffee and experiencing different cafes, I have been travelling around almost every province in India, it helps me gain lots of experiences in coffee and culture throughout the country. I have made friends from the Coffee plantation,Roasters and Barista. All for the love of coffee and community,It is the reason why I would love to share my experience with you.

Learn about the varieties of methods for brewing coffee and the brewing variables that affect the quality of the coffee. The Brewing module provides hands-on lessons on grind profiles, coffee brewing methods, measuring coffee strength and charting a coffee’s extraction.

 

As the name suggests it, this is designed to introduce core brewing skills and equipment to people with no previous brewing experience. Successful candidates should be able to grind and brew up to the correct recipe to produce great coffee.

Perfect for budding baristas, this course will arm you with all the information and practical skills you need to become a barista / seek employment in a coffee shop and start making great espresso, milk texture and latte art. This course isn’t just for the new or amateur baristas, it’s equally suited to the home barista as well.

Course Content

SCENTONE AROMA STANDARD FOUNDATION TRAINING

is a course to standardise and familarise all the coffee planters, baristas, coffee roasters, coffee trainers with the Aroma terms found in coffee from Soil to Cup.

Participants will be trained in coffee flavor and the importance of recognizing coffee aroma. This systematic training provides a framework for consumers to be aware of and enjoy coffee aromas. It also divides coffee aroma into 9 larger categories.

1) Basic Olfactory

To distinguish the difference between a representative group of 9 kinds of coffee aroma cognitive training. The aroma category is represented by the 9 kinds of coffee aroma categories that will be illustrated.

2) Basic Taste Covers the ability to taste 5 flavors

Also familarising with cupping basic flavours- Bitter, Sweet, Sour, Salty and Umami.

3) Understanding the science of coffee

The World AeroPress Championship is a global coffee-making competition, designed to find the world’s best cup of AeroPress coffee.

Each season is comprised of a series of regional and national competitions, run by independent hosts across 60 countries, which culminates with the World AeroPress Championship final.

The competition itself is a multi-round elimination tournament.

At its heart, the World AeroPress Championship exists to bring coffee-loving people together in an open, inclusive, and fun environment. Surrounding the competition itself you can expect music and good times. Yes, it’s serious… It’s just not that serious. The winner of this year’s INDIAN AEROPRESS CHAMPIONSHIP will be representing India in LONDON at the WORLD AEROPRESS CHAMPIONSHIP 2019
