What you will need:
Bring water to a boil. Weigh out 15–18 grams of coffee.
Insert a paper filter into the AeroPress’s detachable plastic cap.
Pour hot water very slowly over the filter and cap so it can clean and wet the filter.
Tighten the filter cap into the lower section and assemble your AeroPress on a cup and scale ready for brewing.
Add ground coffee careful to avoid spilling the grounds, then tare scale ready for pouring.
Pour hot water (93ºC) and start timer, pour 30g and steep till 30 secs.
Now pour the remaining 200g of hot water (total weight 230g).
At 1 min 30 seconds add the plunder and slowly plunge through the filter.
Finish the plunge no longer than at a total time of 2mins.
