What you will need:
Measure and Grind
Grind about 20-22 grams of coffee, finely, the texture of salt grains.
Boil water
Boil water, and fill the bottom half of your Moka pot with water that’s fresh off the boil.
Note: If your pot requires a different volume, recalculate to keep the same water ratio
Add Ground coffee
Fill the filter basket with the ground coffee, give it a shake to settle the grounds evenly. Place it into the bottom compartment. Screw on the Moka pot’s spouted top. The bottom chamber will be hot.
Heat the pot
Place the pot on a stove set to medium heat.
Pour and Serve
When the brewed coffee slowly pours through in to the upper chamber, pay attention to the flow. It’s done when you can hear a bubbling hissing sound.
